Noche de Arte featuring Marine Fonteyne

On Monday, November 2, and every Monday in November thereafter from 6PM to 8PM, Noche de Arte will continue its weekly art residency at Gallery 100 with local artist Marine Fonteyne. Born in Brazil and based in Miami, Marine’s practice brings together photography, textiles, fiber, embroidery, sculpture, collage, installation and fabric printing. Across her work, she uses water as a metaphor for emotional healing, immigration and female identity, weaving her commercial and photojournalistic background into a tactile visual narrative. Fonteyne will be in residence every Monday throughout the month of November, with works available for purchase. Gallery 100 is located in the heart of the hotel’s lobby and is open daily.
