Release tension in the fascia and connective tissue with deep stretching and extended 2-5 minute pose holds. Enjoy intensity similar to a deep massage in this slow-paced, mostly seated or lying down class. Expect to move through 5-7 poses per class, with the support of blocks, blankets, and bolsters. Open to all level yogis. All Levels Class.
