About this event
The Racetrack is our newest class format. With 1-hour classes starting every 15 minutes, it’s never been easier to fit a workout into your busy schedule! We’ll take you on a journey through 5 stations we call “miles” where you’ll use weights, resistance bands, ski’s, rowers, bikes, TRX and more lower body strength and conditioning.
