About this event
Our signature boxing class is geared towards beginners and is the most efficient, effective and endorphin-inducing group workout you'll find anywhere. Combining boxing fundamentals with fun and dynamic HIIT intervals, this class is designed to put everyone to work. We have all necessary boxing equipment for rent so just bring yourself, a good attitude and we'll see you in the ring! Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start.
